Jimmy, angry with his parents about grounding him for launching Carl off the roof, decides to run away. Judy wants to search for him, but Hugh says Jimmy'll be back in time for dinner. What neither of them knows is that Jimmy's not even on Earth anymore - he's in his new rocket, in space! Near Jupiter, his tiny ship is pulled into a huge Yokian one. The Yokians, thinking the Earth has launched their defenses against them, keep Jimmy and Goddard as prisoners.

JIMMY NEUTRON: BOY GENIUS

Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, is trying to make contact with an alien civilization. Unbeknownst to him, a satellite he launches (okay, it’s the kitchen toaster, but it works!) is picked up by an alien species. In the dark of night the aliens fly their war ships-looking like a fleet of rubber chickens to earth and abduct all the parents in Jimmy’s hometown of Retroville. So it’s up to Jimmy to create a fleet of space ships from the rides at the town’s new amusement park (hey, he’s a genius, remember?) and launch them into orbit in a bid to rescue the abducted parents of Retroville. But Jimmy better hurry! Because the aliens are preparing to use the parents as human sacrifices! With his robotic dog, Goddard, his best friend Carl, and Sheen, by his side, Jimmy and the rest of the kids in Retroville take to the skies on a trip that’s sure to be a blast!

Through the wonder of time travel, Jimmy goes 15 years into the past to a time when his parents were swinging sweethearts. Jimmy’s investment tip changes the future so that the Neutrons become fabulously rich – but with unintended consequences!

RAISE THE OOZY SCAB
Jimmy and Cindy have to collaborate on a science project. With the help of Carl, Sheen and Libby, they set off in a submarine in search of a famous shipwreck at the bottom of Retroville Bay and Jimmy’s mounting frustration inspires mutiny among the “swabees”.

I DREAM OF JIMMY
Carl is sleep-deprived from a recurring nightmare and thus is too tired to be a useful subject for Jimmy’s experiments. So Jimmy invents the Dream Injector 5000 and enters Carl’s dream to figure out what has his friend so spooked.

Jimmy, Carl and Sheen form a band in order to beat Cindy and Libby for the coveted school talent contest first prize. With Jimmy’s souped-up instruments, the band sounds amazing. But egos swell out of control, and the ensuing bickering between the band-members almost destroys their friendship.

SEE JIMMY RUN
To get revenge on Cindy for a humiliating defeat in the relay race, Jimmy adapts his running shoes so that he can move at lightning speed. Now he’s so fast he’s almost invisible! Unfortunately, he gets stuck in super-fast mode and has to figure out how to slow down... or disappear for good.

TRADING FACES
Publicly humiliated by Cindy yet again, Jimmy comes up with an invention that will allow him to read her mind, thus beating her to the punch. But after an unexpected power-surge, Jimmy’s mind ends up in Cindy’s body and vice-versa.

At school, Nick tells a scary tale about the Phantom of Retroland, a monster who lives at the local amusement park. In the interest of science, Jimmy sets out to disprove this urban myth with the help of his reluctant friends, Carl and Sheen.

MY SON, THE HAMSTER
Jimmy’s teleporting goof-up leads to him switching heads with Carl’s pet hamster. Jimmy must reunite with his body before Hugh replaces his lab with a habitrail.

HALL MONSTER
When the old tyrant of a hall monster leaves, Jimmy is picked as his replacement. While at first he resents his new position, but over time he warms up to it when he begins to implement high-tech measures to make him the best hall monitor ever. But at what cost? Soon Jimmy is the new tyrant and his friends are determined to end his reign of hall terror.

HYPNO-BIRTHDAY TO YOU
Jimmy desperately needs a new chemistry set in the worst way. But rather than wait for his Birthday to come around, he hypnotizes his parents to think that the next day is his birthday. Unfortunately his parents begin to think that every day is Jimmy's birthday. Jimmy's thrilled at first until Hugh and Judy announce that it's his 18th birthday and they're kicking him out of the house.

KRUNCH TIME
Jimmy comes up with a snack that is even tastier than everyone’s favorite, Cheese Goobies. It’s so tasty, in fact, that everyone becomes hopelessly addicted, and life in Retroville is turned upside-down.

SUBSTITUTE CREATURE
During Botany class, Miss Fowl accidentally swallows a seed from Jimmy’s DNA-accelerated spinach plant. This has the unforeseen consequence of turning her into a 50-foot plant creature that threatens the citizens of Retroville.

SAFETY FIRST
A bully has been giving Jimmy a rough time recently and he's about had it. So Jimmy creates Jim-Tec, an electronic bodyguard piloted by Nano-bots. The overzealous NanoBots soon regard everyone and everything to be a threat to Jimmy. The whole town begins to treat Jimmy with kid gloves in hopes of avoiding the wrath of the Jim-Tec 3000.

CRIME SHEEN INVESTIGATION
Sheen's latest Ultra-Lord action figure is missing and he's in a panic. So Jimmy dons his detective hat to help him. With his collection of investigatory devices and Carl as his assistant, Jimmy rounds up a list of dubious suspects including… his own mom!

When Jimmy’s classmates suffer incessant flu-like symptoms caused by Jimmy’s “get out of school sick patch,” the boy genius shrinks himself and Sheen to microscopic proportions so they can go into Carl’s system to find the ingredients for a cure.

AAUGH! WILDERNESS
Hugh takes Jimmy, Carl and Sheen camping in the wild – sans “frilly luxuries” like a compass or toilet paper – to test their heartiness against the great outdoors and, much to Hugh’s surprise, a ferocious bear who wants to have them for dinner.

Using his Neutronic Game Pyramid, Jimmy sends Sheen into his favorite Ultra Lord video game where he immediately becomes the prisoner of Robo-Fiend, requiring Jimmy to go in and save him.

Just when Jimmy is about to give in and make peace with the Yolkians, he discovers some evidence that reveals their true intentions.

Carl and Sheen are looking for the ultimate scary costume for Halloween, and Jimmy is just the kid who can help. With his latest invention, The Neutronic Monster Maker, Jimmy transforms his friends’ physical appearances into those of a Vampire and Werewolf. But the effects of the transformation don’t stop at crazy body hair and pointy teeth; Carl and Sheen quickly mutate into real monsters. And as Vampire Carl and Wolf Man Sheen prowl the streets in search of fresh victims to indulge their carnivorous appetites, Hugh Neutron accidentally turns himself into a duck-loving version of Frankenstein’s Monster. It’s now up to Jimmy to reverse the effects of his invention before Carl, Sheen and Hugh wreak havoc on Retroville monster-movie-style.

When Jimmy’s homing device malfunctions, it emits a blast of energy that hits the source of the signal - Santa Claus. With the big guy’s atoms temporarily scrambled, who can deliver the presents? Jimmy must now put his doubts aside, load up the hypercube, and try to save Christmas before the people of Retroville have to settle for a new holiday – “Pule Day”.

SHEEN’S BRAIN
Sheen is one math test away from being left back, so Jimmy turns his Brain Drain helmet into a Brain Gain helmet and uses it on his buddy, instantly quadrupling Sheen’s IQ. With his new and improved brain, Sheen aces the math test in record time and passes the class. But his brain is still gaining, and soon Sheen develops the power to read thoughts and move objects with his mind. If Jimmy doesn’t reverse the effects of the Brain Gain helmet, not only will Sheen’s power continue to increase, his brain could grow until it explodes. But how can Jimmy get his friend to listen to him when The All Powerful Sheen has declared himself ruler of Retroville?

So Jimmy invents The Maternotron 6000, a robot programmed to act as Mom and Maid, allowing the guys to goof off. However, Maternotron takes her job a little too seriously, and Jimmy and Hugh quickly find themselves in an overprotective-mother lock-down.

Jimmy clones himself to complete a series of chores while he gathers ice crystals in outer space.

THE GREAT EGG HEIST
The mysterious and beautiful Asian princess, Peggy Tsu needs Jimmy Neutron’s help retrieving the priceless Egg Drop Jade from the Retroville Museum before her evil brother steals it for his own nefarious purposes. Jimmy enlists the help of Sheen, Carl, Cindy and Libby to carry out the task.

THE FEUD
Jimmy and Carl are caught in the middle of a lawn-related feud between their dads. Forbidden to hang out or even speak via holographic projection, the boys have to employ some very drastic measures to end the feud and restore peace to the neighborhood.

When Jimmy, Carl, Sheen and Goddard get caught in the Junk Man’s ship, they must rescue Brobot’s parents and get back Jimmy’s rocket before the Junk Man ejects them all into infinity with the space refuse. Meanwhile, an unlikely ally comes to their aid in the form of the Junk Man’s feisty alien dog, Roxy. Sparks fly between Goddard and Roxy as Jimmy and company make their dramatic escape.

FOUL BULL

During a class trip to a rodeo, Jimmy, Carl and Sheen fall for a cute cowgirl, Sally. To prove themselves worthy of Sally's heart, each of the boys set out to master a specific rodeo talent. Sheen turns himself into a rodeo clown, and Carl wrestles a pig, but it's Jimmy who comes out the victor with his impressive bull riding – and fool proof robotic bull, of course. Once the bull malfunctions however, the boys need the help of a real cowboy to save the day. That cowboy, or cowgirl, turns out to be none other than Miss Fowl.

SCIENCE FAIR AFFAIR

Cindy leads a campaign to ban Jimmy from the school's science fair, citing unfair competition. But even an ousted Jimmy steals the spotlight when his patented oil-generating machine earns him a Nobel Prize for Science – then malfunctions and places everyone at the science fair in grave danger.

Jimmy happened to be giving Goddard an upgrade at the time, which Timmy interrupts, installing a violent video game into the dog's programming instead. Meanwhile, Jimmy inadvertently provides the means for Mr. Crocker to take over Fairy World.

To raise money for his inventions, Jimmy decides that he, Sheen, and Carl should get jobs. Skeet, employee of the month at McSpanky's, hires Sheen and Carl, but doesn't think Jimmy's the "McSpanky type," though he agrees to try Jimmy out. Jimmy, however, is not pleased with the brainless (and humiliating) work he has to do, so he takes it upon himself to show everyone what he's capable of - by bringing McSpanky's into the 21st century.

The Mighty Wheezers
When his parents go to the desert for a camp-out, Jimmy spends the weekend with the Wheezers. The aches, pains, and insane precautions the Wheezers take to protect their health, however, soon get to Jimmy. Thus, the boy genius sneaks back to his lab and creates health boost pills for the Wheezers. The pills work a little too well, though, and the Wheezers end up with almost super-human abilities! But the effects are only temporary, and they could wear off at any time....

BILLION DOLLAR BOY
After Jimmy beats the richest kid in Retroville, Eustace Strych, in the Battlekite Flyoffs, Eustace's pride is wounded. He sets up a trap for Jimmy by inviting Jimmy, Sheen, Carl, Cindy, Libby, Hugh, and - most importantly - Goddard over to his mansion. There, Hugh befriends Eustace's dad while the kids enjoy an ice cream banquet. Things turn dangerous, however, when Eustace engages Jimmy in a bet - Goddard against one of Eustace's RA multi-units. And if Eustace's bot wins, Jimmy'll lose Goddard.

The gang enters a script-writing competition, where the winning script will get turned into a movie! The director, Quentin Smithee, chooses Jimmy, Cindy, Libby, Sheen, and Carl (much to Hugh's disappointment) to star in Jimmy's movie, which will be shot entirely in Retroville. During the filming, however, dangerous on-set "accidents" start to happen, and the rest of the kids start to doubt starry-eyed Jimmy and inexperienced Smithee.

THE N MEN
An encounter with the Van Patten radiation belt causes strange mutations in the kids: Jimmy glows orange, Cindy is super strong, Sheen is super fast, Libby can become invisible, and Carl has sonic burps. As the N Men, they work to fight evil in Retroville, but they end up doing more harm than good. The military soon steps in, capturing four of the kids, but only laughing at Jimmy's orange hue. When Jimmy discovers the dark side to his friends' new powers, he must race against time to find a cure - and deal with the effects of his power.
